COME AND TRY - NEW MEMBERS

For the cost of Skate Australia Recreational Membership ($35) - which includes a calendar year of skate insurance - you can check out the league and see if roller derby is for you. This option gives you three consecutive weeks of non-contact training with your new crew. 

When you decide to continue you'll upgrade to Derby Level 1 by paying your membership fee ($30) and weekly or term training fees.

Derby Level 1 (learn to skate and fall safely) 

Skate Australia Recreational Membership ($35) and Hillbilly Derby Crew Membership ($30). Once you meet minimum requirements you can upgrade to Derby Level 2 by paying $45 (the difference between Skate Australia Recreational and Development Membership).  

Derby Level 2 (learn to hit and be hit safely) 

Skate Australia Development Membership ($80) and Hillbilly Derby Crew Membership ($30). Once you and your trainers are confident you have the skills,  you can upgrade to Derby Level 3 at no cost. 

Derby Level 3 (learn gameplay and scrimmage)

Skate Australia Development Membership ($80) and Hillbilly Derby Crew Membership ($30). Once you meet the minimum requirements for skate skills and safety you can upgrade to Derby Level 4 by paying $30 (the difference between Skate Australia Development and Competitive Membership).  

Derby Level 4 (bouting skater)

 Skate Australia Competitive Membership ($110) and Hillbilly Derby Crew Membership ($30).
